Charles is VP of Product at Enigma where he oversees the combination of hundreds of sources of data, from publicly available sources, to third party sources, to exclusive partnerships that give Enigma access to half of all U.S. credit and debit card transactions. Previously Charles led the solutions team and product organizations at data and analytics startup Sisu Data, and was one of the founding product managers for Zillow Offers. Charles holds an MBA from Stanford’s business school and a BA from Yale University.

He has over a decade of experience managing risk in both credit underwriting and fraud prevention contexts. Prior to Noble, Ziv led risk and data teams at Klarna, PayPal, and Flex.
